For this cake I was asked to combine the birthday girls fvorite things... Mickey Mouse and Butterflies

Amaretto Cake

 

I had a request for an Amaretto cake. I hadnever made one before so I had to find a recipe. My customer wes very pleased. I even had guests from the party let me know that is was one of the best cakes they had ever eaten. Since then I have experimented with Irish Cream cakes as well.

Seal

The girl this cake was for graduated from high school and was accepted to a marine biology school where she wants to specialize in helping rescued seals. She played soccer all through school. The seal it's self is covered with chocolate fondant.
